In 2020 amist the chaos of the pandemic Arabella transformed both the interiors and landscape this outdated late 90’s apartment. Saying goodbye to a yellow kitchen and blue tiles. With limited resources due to the pandemic and an inability to travel or rely on ordering materials from afar, Arabella honed in on off-the-shelf chic. And it worked for this space.

The purpose of transforming this apartment into a short term accomodation shaped the focus and goals around this renovation. Easy to clean, clutter free and updatable. With a lick of paint, new hardware and lighting this apartment will be able to be modified in years to come. The interiors are furnished almost exclusively with vintage furniture, art and lighting.

A deck and and pergola were added to the front of the unit, as well as a bespoke outdoor shower.
